基层医院放射科数字化建设探讨

摘要

Objective:To investigate the problems and countermeasures primary hospital radiology digital construction.Methods: The analysis of the current characteristics of the primary hospital radiology digital construction of its problems, propose solutions.Results:The primary hospital exists in the construction of digital radiology department layout as unscientific, CR and DR choose unreasonable, machine design flaws, PACS incompatible, system maintenance improper and operation of the medical staff is not standardized, require planning, the management, design, training, etc. to further improve.Conclusion: Radiology digital construction is the inevitable trend of development, only reasonable choice, scientific installation, meticulously maintained, proficient in primary hospital and give full play to its advantages.%目的：探讨基层医院放射科数字化建设中的问题及对策。方法：分析目前基层医院放射科数字化建设的特点及其存在的问题，提出解决方案。结果：基层医院在放射科数字化建设中存在着科室布局不科学、计算机X射线摄影(CR)和数字X射线摄影(DR)选择不合理、机器存在设计缺陷、影像归档及传输系统(PACS)不兼容、系统维护不当以及医务人员操作不规范等问题。需要从规划、管理、设计及培训等方面进一步完善。结论：放射科数字化建设是发展的必然趋势，只有合理选择、科学安装、精心维护以及熟练应用才能在基层医院充分发挥其优越性。
