根管治疗中两种工作长度测量方法在术后疼痛比较

摘要

目的：评估两种工作长度测量方法在根管治疗中确定工作长度术后疼痛情况。方法：选择需进行根管治疗的单根管患牙50个，根据测量方式的不同，将其分为观察组与对照组，每组25个患牙。观察组使用Raypex 6确定工作长度，对照组采用插针拍X射线片确定工作长度。根管预备后，采用问卷调查方式在治疗后4 h、6 h、12 h、24 h以及48 h询问患者疼痛情况，并采用SPSS17.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果：时间间隔为4～48 h两组患者术后的疼痛比较无显著差异，且观察组根充效果优于对照组。结论：Raypex 6根管测量法与X射线法确定工作长度术后疼痛无区别。%Objective: To evaluate postoperative pain of Raypex 6 root canal measuring instrument and X-ray method to determine the working length. Methods: 50 cases of single tube of tooth root canal treatment were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and control group, each with 25 cases. The working length is determined by Raypex 6 in the observation group, and by pin on the X line piece length in the control group. After the preparation of root canal, the questionnaires were used for the treatment of pain in patients with 4, 6, 12, 24 and 48 hours. And the data were statistically analyzed by SPSS17.0. Results:The study of time interval from 4 hours to 48 hours showed that there was no difference in pain. And the effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group. Conclusion:There is no difference between Raypex 6 root canal and X-ray methods to determine the working length of the postoperative pain.
