多层螺旋CT肺动脉血管造影在诊断肺动静脉血管畸形中的价值分析

     

摘要

目的:探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)肺动脉造影在肺动静脉畸形诊断中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析经临床确诊的11例肺动静脉畸形患者MSCT肺动脉造影影像资料。肺动脉血管造影扫描数据传入GE公司AW4.4后处理工作站,运用多平面重建(MPR)、最大密度投影(MaxIP)、最小密度投影(MinIP)、曲面重建(CPR)、表面遮盖显示(SSD)及容积再现三维成像(VRT)等技术显示肺动静脉畸形结构。结果:MSCT肺血管造影发现肺动脉畸形11例,其中10例为单发型,1例为多发型,共计12个病灶。结论:MSCT肺血管造影技术日益成熟,采用MSCT肺血管造影技术及图像后处理技术能够提高肺动静脉畸形诊断的准确性及检出率,并可为临床下一步治疗提供可靠的影像依据。%Objective:To investigate the application value of multi-slice spiral CT angiography in the diagnosis of pulmonary arteriovenous malformations.Methods: 11 cases of pulmonary arteriovenous malformation clinically diagnosed were given a retrospective analysis of our hospital in recent years through multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis. All patients had CT imaging to check data and surgical data.Results: CT pulmonary angiography found 10 cases were a single hair in 11 cases of pulmonary abnormalities and one case was more hair, which have 12 lesions in total.Conclusion:The multi-slice spiral CT pulmonary angiography technology becomes more mature. The use of multi-slice spiral CT pulmonary angiography and image post-processing techniques can improve the diagnosis of pulmonary arteriovenous malformation accuracy and detection rate, and can provide image data for clinical treatment.
