高职护理专业'订单式'人才培养模式的探索

摘要

针对高职护理专业"订单式"人才培养模式在实际操作和推广过程中存在的问题,提出了相应的解决对策,指出"订单式"培养模式符合职业教育的发展规律与客观要求,增强了人才培养的针对性和适用性,真正实现学校、学生和用人单位的"三赢".%The paper first discusses the problems of practice and popularization of order-form talent training mode of higher vocational nursing, and then proposes some solutions. It points out that the training mode confirms tothe development law and objective requirements of vocational education,enhances the relevance and applicability of personnel training, and realizes the triple-win of schools,students and employers.
