提高皮肤激光美容专业进修生医患沟通能力的探讨

摘要

How to improve doctor-patient communication skills of refresher physicians of laser cos-metic dermatology during practice is an important research subject.This paper introduces the status quo of doctor-patient communication in laser cosmetic dermatology and its unique features so that refreshers can realize the importance and necessity of doctor-patient communication.We conducted a questionnaire-based survey and adopted flipped classroom to set learning goals and physician-patient role exchange so that refreshers can learn self-communication,self-understanding and self-dialogue,and get rid of negative mood,which leads to ultimate goals of achieving self-perfection and self-surpassing and improvement of the refreshers'doctor-patient communication skills in laser cosmetic dermatology practice.%如何提高进修生在皮肤激光美容专业实践中医患沟通能力是一个重要的课题。通过介绍目前皮肤激光美容领域医患沟通现状以及其特殊性，使学员了解医患沟通的重要性和必要性；通过设计问卷调查，采用翻转课堂制定学习目标、医患角色互换等方式，让学员学会自我沟通、自我认识及自我对话，消除不良情绪，最终达到自我完善和自我超越的目标，从而提高进修生在皮肤激光美容专业过程中医患沟通的能力。
