非麻醉专业规培住院医师麻醉科轮转的教学改革

摘要

住院医师规范化培训是毕业后医学教育的重要组成部分，应重视住院医师在规范化培训期间的麻醉科轮转学习。为顺利完成针对外科专业的规培住院医师麻醉学教学任务，西安交通大学第一附属医院麻醉学教研组根据具体情况对麻醉教学进行了探索与改革：制定专门的麻醉科轮转培训计划；采用多元化教学，努力发掘新的教学模式，激发住院医师的学习兴趣；开展临床前模拟教学；加强人工气道建立与管理的培训；增加了出科考核制度，从而提高了教学质量。%Standardization training of residents is an important part of post-graduation medical education and attention should be paid to anesthesiology rotation during resident standardization training. Our department carried out exploration and reform to smoothly accomplish anesthesiology teaching for standardization training residents of surgery specialty.The approaches included formulating the rotation plan of anesthesiology department,adopting diverse teaching methods and exploring novel teaching patterns to stimulate residents 'interest in learning,applying pre-clinical simulation teaching,streng-thening training in airway establishment and management,and adding the system of examination at the conclusion of training.As a result,the quality of teaching has been improved.
