西部地区医学生对'5+3'医学模式的认知度调查分析

         

摘要

目的 了解西部地区医学生对"5+3"医学人才培养模式的认知度与支持度,探讨其对医学生学习心态的影响,为优化西部地区的住院医师规范化培训提供参考.方法 采用分层随机抽样的方法,从广西各医学院校中抽取1000名医学本科生作为研究对象,使用自主设计的问卷进行现场和网络问卷调查.结果 对"5+3"医学培养模式非常了解的医学生仅有6.4%,不支持该模式的医学生高达36.4%.结论 西部地区医学生对"5+3"医学人才培养模式认知度较低,相关部门应该增强对该政策的宣传力度,引导医学生认可并享受"5+3"模式带来的优势.%Objective To understand the cognition and support of the"5+3" medical train-ing model by medical students in the western region and explore its effect on medical students'learn-ing attitude so as to provide reference for optimizing resident standardized training in the western region.Methods By using stratified random sampling method,1000 medical undergraduates were selected from each medical college in Guangxi as the research subjects.On-the-spot self-designed questionnaire and online questionnaire were conducted.Results Only 6.4% of the medical stu-dents were well aware of the"5+3"medical training model and as high as 36.4% of the students did not support the model.Conclusion The medical students'cognition of the "5 + 3" medical training model is still low in the western region.Therefore,relevant departments should strengthen publicities of the policy and guide medical students to recognize and enjoy the advantages of the 5+3 model.
