护理高仿真设备管理新特点及应对策略初探

摘要

围绕护理高仿真设备管理和情境模拟教学发展之间的关系和特点，介绍了应全面设计高仿真设备使用环境和条件，打造与临床护理工作环境高度相近的学习环境，全方位构建高仿真临床护理文化软环境及转变设备管理理念，健全科学合理的制度等策略，以真正实现获取知识、提高能力及情感体验的情境模拟教学目标。%The paper first introduces the relationship between nursing high-simulation equipment management and scenario simulation teaching as well as their characteristics.Then it discusses compre-hensive design of the environment and conditions for high-simulation equipment use,creation of learning environment that is highly similar to clinical nursing work environment,comprehensive construction of soft cultural environment that highly simulates clinical nursing,change of philosophy of high-simulation equip-ment management,and perfection of the scientific and reasonable rules and regulations so as to achieve the objectives of scenario simulation teaching:acquisition of knowledge,capacity improvement and emo-tional experience.
