As the development of computer technology and improvement of medical image processing, computeraided diagnosis is a well-established field in medical imaging. In this paper, we start from analyzing intensive development and application status of computer-aided diagnosis. Based on requirements and properties, new opportunity for computer-aided diagnosis in emergency diagnosis imaging was discussed.%随着计算机技术的发展和医学图像处理方法的改进,计算机辅助诊断的研究日趋深入.本文首先分析了计算机辅助诊断系统的发展及应用现状,然后从功能需求、灵敏性和特异性等方面重点探讨了其在急诊影像学中的新应用.
