本文论述了维修工程师向临床工程师转变的必须性和紧迫性,提出了建立临床医学工程技术人员的技术培训与考核机制,培养医工结合的复合型人才,实现维修工程师向临床工程师的转变的5条措施.%This article discusses the necessary and urgency of the changa of maintenance engineers to rnclinical engineers, establishes the technical training and evaluation mechanisms of clinical engineers that rnfosters the compound talent of medical and engineering, and the five measures of realizing the change of rnmaintenance engineers to clinical engineers.
