关于医院成立物资采购中心的探讨

医院的物资管理是实现医院经济效益的重要保证,随着全国医疗体制改革的深人发展,医院物资管理改革也在稳步进行着.本文分析了我院在成立物资采购中心过程中出现的问题,就其合理性进行探讨,并对存在问题给出了针对性的建议.%Hospital material management is an important guarantee of the economical benefit of hospital, with the national health care system reform more in-depth, hospital material management also carried out steadily reform, this paper analyzes the process of hospital material purchasing center, the rationality of problem, questioned and gives some suggestions.
