Objective To summarize key problems and specific implementation experience of electronic medical records (EMR) system in hospital application, and to offer scientific and reasonable design scheme for digital hospital construction. Methods EMR, which takes patient as center, constructs information integration and correlative service which include kinds of multimedia information, such as traditional outpatient services, case histories, inspections, survey reports, medical images and so on. Results It ultimately carry out the unified standard of EMR, the barrier-free exchange of seamless connection and medical data information of EMR and medical equipment on different platforms, and information resource sharing and integration of EMR in internal hospital. Conclusion Application of EMR systems in hospital could promote clinical work efficiency and offer auxiliary function for making clinical decision.%目的 总结我院电子病历系统在应用中的关键问题与具体实施经验,为科学合理地搭建数字化医院提供设计方案.方法 电子病历以病人为中心建立信息集成与相关服务,包括传统的门诊、住院病历、各类检查、检验报告以及备类影像等多媒体信息.结果 最终实现电子病历标准的统一,在不同平台下的电子病历与医疗仪器设备的无缝连接和医学数据信息的无障碍交换,实现医院内部电子病历信息资源的集成和共享.结论 电子病历系统在医院的应用提升了临床工作效率,为临床决策提供了辅助功能.
