基于HIS的聘用护士工资管理系统设计及实现

摘要

Objective To solve the actual problem of making the salary report of employed nurses manually in hospital. Methods The system of employed nurses' salary management was designed basing on the basic information of employed nurses in HIS. Results It realized the function of computing the salary data of employed nurses automatically and making the salary report automatically by means of the existing data resource in HIS. Conclusion The system could make the salary data accurately and inquire expediently. It lightened the workload of the nursing administration staffs consumedly.%目的 解决医院手工制作聘用护士工资报表的实际问题.方法 以HIS中的聘用护士基本信息为基础,设计开发聘用护士工资管理系统.结果 该系统利用HIS系统中现有的数据资源,实现了聘用护士工资数据的自动计算及工资报表的自动生成功能.结论 应用该系统生成工资数据客观准确,查询方便快捷,大大减轻了护理部管理人员的工作量.
