基于VB的高校教师工资管理系统设计与实现

摘要

With the development of society and the talent needs of the society, the teachers of the higher schools is getting more, and the wage management of the higher schools is more complicated.The crude manmade method not only consumes more manpower and material resources,but also can＇t make sure integrity of the data.This article presents the process of the the wage management development of the higher schools,making VB as the application system tool and ACCESS as the background database.%随着社会的发展，根据社会对人才的需求，高等学校的发展规模越来越大，高校教师也越来越多，对高校教师的工资管理也更加的复杂，如果利用原始的人工方法来管理高校教师工资，不但浪费许多的人力、物力和时闯，而且不能保证数据的完整性，所以本文以VB为开发工具，ACCESS作为后台数据库来说明开发一个高校教师工资管理系统的过程。
