军队医院聘用人员档案与工资管理系统的设计与实现

摘要

目的:满足某院对聘用人员管理的需求.方法:采用功能强大的Delphi7.0开发网络版医院聘用人员档案与工资管理系统.结果:实践证明,所设计的人力资源管理系统可以满足医院人力资源管理方面的需要.结论:在不改变原有管理模式的前提下,使用网络辅助系统大大节约了管理成本,提高了管理水平.%Objective To meet the requirements for management of the engaged personnel of the hospital. Methods Dephi7.0 was used to develop web-based file & salary management system. Results The requirements for management of theengaged personnel of the hospital were satisfied. Conclusion Web -based system can reduce management cost andenhance management level, without changing the existing mode.
