Objective To strengthen management of medical high-value consumables. Methods Based on relevant national requirements and the existing problems in traditional management, the management process is optimized so as to form a systematic management mode. Results The new management mode could efficiently solve problems in management, which ensured the use safety and traceability of high-value medical consumables. Conclusion With scientific and efficient integration of various sectors covering admittance, supplies, use, archives and adverse events monitoring, the systematic management realizes scientific management of high-value medical consumables.%目的 加强医院高值医用耗材的管理.方法 针对国家相关部门要求及传统管理中存在的问题,进行了管理流程的优化,形成了系统化的管理模式.结果 新的管理模式有效解决了管理中的问题,保证了高值医用耗材的使用安全及可追溯性.结论 高值医用耗材的系统化管理可以科学、有效地将准入、供应、使用、档案及不良事件监测等环节连为一体,达到科学管理的效果.
