基于区域卫生信息平台的120急救事件管理系统设计

摘要

In this paper, a 120 emergency incident management system which is in line with national norms was developed and then connected with the regional health information platform to implement the integrated management and united distributing of regional emergency centers, hospitals and experts as well as the data sharing and retrieval of medical information. The system connected with the regional health information platform can provide medical data including medical records and electronic health records as well as technical guidances of relevant emergency procedures for 120 emergency treatment in order to improve the efifciency of 120 emergency treatment.%构建符合国家规范的120急救事件管理系统，并将之与区域卫生信息平台对接，实现区域急救中心、医院、专家等资源整合管理和统一调配，以及医疗信息的共享和调阅。该系统可为120急救提供电子病历、电子健康档案及相关急救过程的技术指导，以提高120急救效率。
