目的：评价床旁超声心动图（EB-Echo）在儿童心脏重症监护室的临床应用价值。方法总结并分析自2007年7月至今，本院儿童心脏重症监护室EB-Echo的应用经验。结果共应用EB-Echo检查患儿1796例，检查内容包括：危重症患儿的术前诊断、手术效果及心功能的评估、肺动脉压力的测定、心包和胸腔积液的诊断及穿刺等。应用EB-Echo检查发现异常患儿1094例，其中1065例异常患儿经治疗后好转出院。结论EB-Echo在儿童心脏重症监护室具有重要的临床价值。%Objective To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of application of bedside echocardiography in Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit. Methods The application experiences of EB-Echo (Emergency Bedside-Echocardiography) in Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit since July 2007 had been summarized and analyzed. Results A total of 1796 cases were examined through EB-Echo, including preoperative diagnosis of critically-ill children, assessment of surgical results and cardiac functions, measurement of the pulmonary artery pressure, diagnosis of pericardial and pleural effusion and guidance for puncture. Among all the cases, 1094 cases were identiifed by EB-Echo as abnormal children;1065 cases abnormal children were treated back to normal and discharged from the hospital. Conclusion The EB-Echo was of great clinical signiifcance in Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit.
