声触诊组织量化技术在腮腺多形性腺瘤诊断中的应用

摘要

目的：探讨声触诊组织量化技术（VTQ）对腮腺多形性腺瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析27例经手术病理证实的腮腺多形性腺瘤患者的超声特征，收集分析其VTQ数据，并将患者的VTQ数据与正常对照组的相应数据进行比较。结果多形性腺瘤组与对照组的剪切波速度差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。与单用高频超声相比，高频超声联合声触诊组织量化技术对腮腺多形性腺瘤的诊断敏感度较高。结论声触诊组织量化技术为腮腺多形性腺瘤的诊断提供了一种新途径。%Objective To explore the value of virtual touch tissue quantiifcation (VTQ) technology in the diagnosis of pleomorphic adenoma of parotid glands.Methods The sonographic and VTQ ifndings of 27 pleomorphic adenoma of parotid glands proved by pathology were analyzed retrospectively while VTQ ifndings were compared with the corresponding data of the control group.Results There were signiifcant differences of shear wave velocity between pleomorphic adenoma group and control group (P<0.01). Compared with the diagnostic method using only ultrasonography, the diagnosis sensitivity can be improved when high frequency ultrasound and VTQ were combined.Conclusion VTQ technology provides a new approach for the differential diagnosis of pleomorphic adenoma of parotid gland.
