呼气检测肺癌的临床应用

         

摘要

Lung cancer (LC) was the most commonly cancer and had the highest mortality in the world. However, most patients with LC were diagnosed at an advanced stage, thus couldn’t grasp a more treatable stage. Studies showed that the combination of early diagnosis and timely treatment can improve the 5-year survival rate. Therefore the effective method for early diagnosis of LC was urgent needs. Low-dose CT scan and X-ray were by far widely used to early diagnose LC in clinical. These methods did contribute to the early detection of LC, but due to effect of radiation, it would increase the risk of canceration. As a non-invasive and rapid method, exhaled breath detection is a very promising technology and has deifnite clinical application value in the early diagnosis of LC.%肺癌是目前世界上最常见也是死亡率最高的癌症,而大多数肺癌患者往往是到了中晚期才被确诊,因而错过最佳治疗阶段。研究表明肺癌的早期诊断结合及时治疗能有效延长患者5年的生存期,因此迫切需要有效的早期诊断方法。目前临床普遍采用低剂量CT扫描、X线检测等手段检测早期肺癌,但是由于其辐射危害,会增加患癌风险。呼气检测作为快速无损的诊断方法之一,在早期肺癌诊断中是一种极具发展前景的技术手段,有着十分明确的临床应用价值。
