医用纯化水设备的改造

摘要

本文探讨了在安装及维护管理某医用纯化水设备的过程中发现的问题，并针对所发现的问题，通过合理的设备选型、正确的不锈钢焊接工艺、加装细菌过滤器、定期对水系统进行消毒等措施对该设备进行了改造，从而使该设备制造的医用纯化水中的菌落数量降低为0，有效降低了相关细菌感染率。%The problems of medical water purification equipment in the installation and maintenance management process were investigated in this paper. Focusing on those problems, this device was reformed successfully during some methods, such as reasonable equipment selection, correct stainless steel welding technology, adding bacteria iflter and disinfecting the water system regularly. Finally, The number of colonies in the puriifed water which produced by the equipment was reduced to 0, and the infection rate of bacteria was decreased effectively.
