医院物资采购工作绩效考核体系建立的探讨

         

摘要

目的 分析目前国内医院医用物资采购中存在的问题.方法 根据我院实际情况,本研究建立了采用平衡计分卡(Balanced Score Card,BSC)与关键绩效指标(Key Performance Indicators,KPI)结合的考核评价体系.结果 详细地阐述了BSC原理和KPI评价原则、评价方法 及预期效果.结论 本研究将BSC与KPI结合的考核体系运用到物资采购管理中,并指出了该评价体系的优势和不足,提出采购管理的改进方向.%Objective The purpose of this study is to analyze the problems existing in the procurement of medical supplies in domestic hospitals.Methods Based on the actual situation of our hospital, this study established an assessment system using balanced score card (BSC) and key performance indicators (KPI).Results The principle of BSC and KPI evaluation, evaluation method and expected effect were described in detail.Conclusion This study applied the assessment system of BSC and KPI to material purchasing management, and pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of the evaluation system, and put forward the improvement direction of purchasing management.
