品管圈在提升医院集中租赁设备配送效率的实践研究

         

摘要

Objective This paper aimed to standardize the distribution management assessment of hospital centralized rental equipment, and to improve the capacity and efficiency of delivery service. Methods Based on the PDCA method and practical situation in our hospital, we made improvement for the delivery timeliness of hospital concentrated leasing equipment following the basic steps: group ringing, theme selecting, planning, situation confirming, goals setting and analyzing, cuntermeasures proposing, implementing and discussing, results confirming, standardization, reviewing and improving, et al. Results Through the eight-month QCC activities, the effective delivery rate of leasing equipment upgraded from 73.85% to 91.42%. The rate of progress was 23.79%. After the standardization, the standard of leasing distribution management, and assessment system was formed. Conclusion QCC activities have a significant effect on improving the effective delivery rate of hospital centralized leasing equipment.%目的 规范医院集中租赁设备的配送管理考核,提高配送服务能力及效率.方法 应用品管圈活动,结合医院实际工作,根据PDCA的原则,进行组圈、计划拟定、现状把握、目标设定、解析、对策拟定、对策实施与讨论、效果确认、标准化、检讨与改进等步骤,对医院集中租赁设备的配送时效问题进行改进.结果 通过为期8个月的品管圈活动,租赁设备的有效投递率由改善前的73.85%提升至91.42%,进步率为23.79%.进行标准化后,形成了规范的租赁配送管理、考核体系.结论 品管圈活动对于提高医院集中租赁设备的有效投递率具有显著成效.
