口腔根管测量仪宽输入SEPIC电源的设计

     

摘要

Objective Single ended primary inductor converter (SEPIC) is a kind of highly efficient power conversion circuit with benefit of boost & buck. The aim of this study was to design a device with high ability for environment adaptation, and with the input voltage of 2.5~25 V. Methods A kind of DC power supply circuit was designed based on the principle of the circuit in this paper. Results It had a wide range of input voltage because the design of auxiliary power supply. The main working parameters of the switching tube, inductance and capacitance were analyzed. The paper introduced an estimation formula for the maximum inductance which was rarely discussed. Conclusion The SEPIC is a kind of highly efficient power conversion circuit with high security.%目的 单端初级电感转换器(Single Ended Primary Inductor Converter,SEPIC)是一种效率较高的电源变换电路,具有既可升压又可降压的特点,并且输出电压与输入同极性.为了提高环境适应能力,要求设计该设备可适用的输入电压范围从2.5~25 V.方法 本文采用这种电路原理设计了一种应用于口腔根管测量仪的直流电源变换电路.结果 通过设计辅助供电电路,使其具有较宽的输入电压适用范围.在介绍SEPIC工作原理的同时,还分析了开关管、电感和电容的主要工作参数.关于最大电感量问题,极少有文章讨论过,本文提供了一个估算公式.结论 SEPIC电路效果好,安全性高.
