本文对利用HYG TC-I型热化学消融系统进行碱金属消融剂精确注射控制中的一些问题和解决方法展开探讨.目前通用标准对注射泵类产品的注射精度没有明确的限定,大部分产品的流量精度在5%~20%范围,而碱金属消融的用量是微升级别的,这么大的误差会导致消融反应无法精确控制.本研发团队通过对存储方案和推进结构的优化设计,实现碱金属消融的强度和范围的精确控制,以保证热化学消融疗法的安全性和有效性.通过理论计算和实际测试,目前HYG TC-I型热化学消融系统的注射精度达到2%以内,可以实现对碱金属消融剂的精确控制,为碱金属消融疗法的实现提供了必要的基础条件.%This article was intended to carry out the study and discussion with regard to the problems as well as solutions in the process of using HYG TC-I type thermo chemical ablation system for the precise injection control of the alkali metal ablation agents. Until now, the general standard of precision injection pumps has not been clearly defined, and the flow accuracy of most such products are in the range of 5%~20%. However, the alkali metal ablation dosage is microliter grade, such a large error will lead to a less accurate control in ablation reaction. Via the optimized design of the storage scheme and the drive structure, the accurate intensity and extent of alkali metal ablation can be achieved in order to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the thermo chemical ablation therapy. Through the theoretic calculation and measurement, the injection accuracy of thermochemical ablation system for HYG TC-I type can be controlled within 2%. Therefore, the precise control of the alkali metal ablation agents can be realized, which provides the basic conditions for the realization of alkali metal ablation therapy.
