微创外科手控可调电凝钩的开发设计和实际应用

     

摘要

Objective Electric coagulation hook is widely used in minimally invasive surgery. To solve the present problem of electric coagulation hook, such as shape fixed, difficult to adjust hook angle, inconvenience to conversion between electric coagulation and cutting, this study designed a manual adjustable electric coagulation hook. Methods According to the actual using situation of electric coagulation hook in minimally invasive surgery, a manual adjustable electric coagulation hook was designed by the means of improving the original function of the electric coagulation hook. Professional knowledge of biomedical engineering was adopted in this process. Results There were a lot of advantages of the manual adjustable electric, such as the adjustable treatment angle, convenient operation way, low error operating rate, stereo of surgical treatment surface, large using range and so on. Conclusion The manual adjustable electric was suitable for all kinds of minimally invasive surgery, and the application scope was widely. So it has a favorable application prospect.%目的 电凝钩在微创外科手术中广泛使用.本文主要目的为解决目前电凝钩形状固定、电凝钩钩头角度无法调整、电凝和电切脚控不便等问题.方法 根据微创外科手术电凝钩使用的实际情况,利用生物医学工程专业知识,在电凝钩原有的功能基础上进行技术改进,开发设计一种手控可调电凝钩.结果 开发设计制作完成的微创外科手控可调电凝钩,具有电凝钩头治疗角度可调、控制操作方便、误操作率低、手术治疗面立体、范围大等优点.结论 该手控可调电凝钩适用于各类微创外科手术,应用范围广,具有良好的临床应用前景和推广价值.
