主动防护型三联通配穿线纫针器的研制与应用

     

摘要

为便于简陋条件和特殊情况下高效、便捷地引线穿针,本研究通过人机化、通用化、模块化的方式设计了一种多功能主动防护型通配纫针器。该三联通纫器由握柄、双头通纫刀架、探导器及一对旋凿辅件构成。其将3种纫针器一体化设计,手动、气动两种纫针模式并存,同时术械锐端于术前、术中、术后和储携、洗消、传递过程中与操作者完全且安全地全程隔离;大、小两种系列的手术刀片与串置刀架“三免”通配,独具“三联双模、通纫并举、三全三程、两系三免”主动防护之特效。该通纫器具有三联辅纫、通槽悉配、易装速卸、便携易储、抗损防丢、自助维护、安全舒握、复配互补、低耗环保、平战通用及性价比高的特性,从而有助于减少人因失误、高效预防锐器伤、落实患者安全目标及JCI认证标准细节管理、降低职业伤害风险并提升手术、教学质量及效率。%To thread a needle efficiently and conveniently in poor conditions and special circumstances, the present study designed a multifunctional active protection universal matching type needle threading device through the human, universal, modular design and application. This device was consisted of a handle, a double-headed threading tool rest, a prober, a pair of auxiliary parts for screw driving. Three kinds of threading a needle device were designed integrate, where two modes of manual and pneumatic for threading a needle were coexisted. In addition, the cusps of the device was isolated completely and safely from the operator in the process of whole machinery operation. Two series of scalpel blade and tandem set of tool rests made up of a“three without” wildcard, with special effects of“triple dualmode, threading simultaneously, three full ranging and three free”. The characteristics of the triple universal matching type needles threading device, such as triple auxiliary threading needles, small and large scalpel slot through and universal matching, easy to install and remove, portable and easy to store, damage resistance and anti-lost, self-maintenance, safe and comfortable grip, repeat configuration and complementary good, low consume and environmental protection, universal in peacetime and wartime, high performance-price ratio made it helpful for decreasing human errors, raising efficiency to prevent the sharp instrument injuries, performing the implementation of patient safety objectives and the JCI certification standards for the details of management, as well as reducing the occupation harm risks and enhancing the quality and efficiency of operation and teaching.
