Objective To establish a ventilator quality control management system to ensure the safety, efficiency and reliability of ventilator equipment when in use. Methods Around electrical safety and measurement accuracy, a scientific, rigorous quality control implementation plan was protocolled, which regarded ventilator as the object. Results Altogether 98 ventilator were tested. The unqualified items were analyzed and relevant measures and solutions were put forward. Conclusion This plan can help to solve the various non-standard problems appeared for lacking of quality control, reduce the medical risks caused by the quality status of the ventilator and then guarantee the medical work progresses smoothly.%目的 建立呼吸设备质量控制管理体系,以确保呼吸机设备在使用中的安全、有效和可靠.方法 针对电气安全性、计量准确性,对呼吸机设备拟定了科学的、严谨的质量控制实施方案.结果 共计检查98台呼吸机,对不合格的提出相应解决方法和维护措施.结论 该方案解决了呼吸机设备在使用过程中因缺乏质量控制环节而出现的各种不规范问题,从而规避由此引出的医疗风险,保障医疗工作顺利进行.
