Objective This study aimed to design a extension mechanism for multi-level extensible folding plate cabin. Methods The article detaily described three parts which composed in this mechanism: the control system, which was capable of one-button operation; the power transmission organ, which adopted no-lube design; the link system, which included two crank slider mechanisms. Results The mechanism was characterized with compact structure, high-speed and steady extension or furl, easy operation, simple maintenance. Conclusion Based on this article, deviser can design diverse cabin extension mechanism. The article has some guidance significance toward the design of automatic extension mechanism of multilevel extensible folding plate cabin.%目的 针对上下板对折式多级扩展方舱,设计一种扩展机构.方法 该机构控制系统实现一键式控制,动力传动系统采用无油化设计,连杆系统采用双曲柄滑块机构.结果 该机构结构紧凑,扩展撤收快速平稳,操作简单,修理维护方便.结论 设计者可根据本文设计出符合不同要求的方舱扩展机构.本文对于上下板对折式扩展方舱的自动扩展机构设计具有一定的指导意义.
