一种基于多传感器的大鼠自动化烫伤实验及数据采集平台

         

摘要

To improve the efficiency and accuracy of the traditional hand scald experiment, to realize automatic and parameterized scald and to reduce the harm to experimenters, the present study developed a rat automatic scalding experiment and data acquisition platform based on multiple sensors. The basic work method was that, collecting temperature and pressure curve in real-time through the monitoring system composed of multiple sensors and micro processor, controlling heating and mechanical transmission device with the PID algorithm to make the scald temperature, pressure and time up to the experimental default. The prototype of platform has been completed, and can realize the automatic scald of the rats.%为了提高传统手工烫伤实验效率和精度,通过预设参数实现自动化烫伤,并降低误伤实验人员的可能性,本研究研制了一种基于多传感器的大鼠自动化烫伤实验及数据采集平台.该平台结合多传感器和微处理器所组成的监控系统,实时采集烫伤实验过程中的温度、压力曲线,结合比例、积分和微分(Proportion, Integration and Differention,PID)算法精准控制加热模块和机械传动装置,实现对烫伤部位温度、压力、时间达到实验预设目标.该平台现已完成样机研制,可初步实现大鼠自动化烫伤.
