医用耗材临床使用环节风险管理的实践研究

摘要

Objective To reduce the using risk of medical consumables. Methods This paper analyzed the management risks of high value consumables through the analytic hierarchy process, and determined the weights. Meanwhile, the methods and techniques of bar code, health technology assessment and clinical diagnosis and treatment path management were adopted to implement risk management. Results The weight of risk factors for medical consumables management was obtained, and various countermeasures were developed to reduce the risk. Conclusion The safety and effectiveness of consumables can be guaranteed by controlling the effective risk of medical consumables.%目的 降低医用耗材临床使用的风险.方法 通过层次分析法分析高值耗材管理风险,并判断权重,采用条码化、卫生技术评估以及临床诊疗路径管理等方法和技术实施风险管理.结果 得到了医用耗材管理风险各因素权重,并制定各类对策降低风险发生.结论 通过对医用耗材实施有效的风险的控制,保证了耗材使用的安全性和有效性.
