目的:建立外科植入物用超高分子量聚乙烯中杂质元素钛(Ti)含量的检测方法。方法:采用微波消解和电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(I C P-M S)测定消解液中钛元素。结果:钛元素标准曲线的R2值大于0.9996,回收率为94.4%~96.4%,10次重复测定结果的相对标准偏差(R S D%)为1.3%。结论:所建立的方法精密度高、准确性好、干扰较少、快速简单,可用于超高分子量聚乙烯中钛元素的含量测定。%Objective: To develop a method for determination of Ti element in Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene for surgery Implants. Methods: Ti element were determined by microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS). Result:The interrelation coefifcient of calibration standards for Ti element was more than 0.9996, the recoveries of the addition standards for elements were between 94.4% and 96.4%.Conclusion: The results showed that this method was high precision and accurate, litle disturbance, rapid determination, simple operation, It can be used for determination of Ti elements in Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene.
