静电纺丝法制备聚乳酸防粘连纤维膜的研究

     

摘要

Poly-DL-lactic acid (PLA) and its modiifed material were prepared for anti-adhesive ifbrous iflm by electrospinning. They were investigated in Tg, morphology, mechanical properties and degradation time. The morphology of different ifbrous iflms had the similar ifbre in the same parameters of electrospinning. Polyethylene glycol andε-caprolactone can reduce Tg of PLA, and also was degradation time. Besides,ε-caprolactone could largely enhance the elongation at break of PLA ifbrous iflm.%对聚消旋乳酸(P L A)及改性材料通过静电纺丝法制备防粘连纤维膜,考察了不同纤维膜在Tg、形貌、力学性能以及降解时间四个方面。结果显示,不同纤维膜在静电纺丝参数相同的条件下获得的纤维直径相似,但聚乙二醇(P E G)和ε-己内酯(ε-C L)的加入均可降低PLA的Tg和降解时间,ε-CL的加入大大提高了PLA纤维膜的断裂伸长率。
