电动轮汽车差速助力转向系统路感优化

             

摘要

Based on the mechanism of a differential steering system for electric vehicle with motorized wheels, the concepts and quantitative expressions of the road feel, sensitivity, and operation stability of the steering were proposed. Then, based on the traditional simulated annealing algorithm, an ASA algorithm was designed. With the road feel of the steering be optimization objectives, and operation stability and sensitivity of the steering be constraint, the system parameters were optimized. The simulation results show that the system optimized with ASA algorithm can improve the steering road feel, and guarantee the operation stability, steering sensibility; thus providing a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of the electric vehicle with motorized wheels system.%根据电动轮汽车差速助力转向系统工作原理,提出转向路感、转向灵敏度、转向稳定性的概念及量化公式;在传统模拟退火(SA)算法基础上,以转向路感为优化目标,转向稳定性和转向灵敏度为约束条件,设计自适应模拟退火(ASA)算法,对系统参数进行优化设计。仿真结果表明:基于ASA算法的电动轮汽车差速助力转向路感优化,可在保证系统具有较好的转向稳定性和转向灵敏度基础上,有效提高系统的转向路感。研究结果可为电动轮汽车差速助力转向的设计和优化提供理论基础。
