水射流技术回收子午线轮胎的正交试验

     

摘要

Air pollution,high energy consuming,complex equipment,etc.occured when waste tires were pulverized with traditional methods.To solve these problems,an equipment of recycling waste radial tires was designed by the high pressure water jet.Moreover,this paper introduced some experi-ments of orthogonal array L2 5 (5 3 ).The three factors including the jet’s driving pressure,target dis-tance and movement velocity were investigated in 5 levels.The results of these experiments show that the optimal jet parameter is A3 B3 C3 for obtaining the finest rubber powder.The factors affecting the rubber powder particle size were listed as follows:the movement velocity is the biggest effect factor while target distance is the smallest effect factor.%为了避免传统方法粉碎废旧轮胎时出现的易污染、能耗高、设备复杂等问题,设计了一种基于水射流技术回收废旧子午线轮胎的实验装置,并用正交表 L25(53)安排实验,对射流的驱动压力、靶距和移动速度这三个因素各进行了5个水平的考察。实验结果显示,最精细胶粉的最优射流工作参数为A3 B3 C3,影响胶粉颗粒度大小的主次因素如下:移动速度的影响最大,其次是射流的驱动压力,影响最小的是靶距。
