便携式原子吸收光谱法测定茯苓中的铜铬铅镉

         

摘要

通过微波湿法消解,利用便携式钨丝电热原子吸收光谱仪测定了茯苓中的Cu、Cr、Pb和Cd.在优化的实验条件下,这4种元素的校正曲线相关系数r为0.9984~0.9997,相对标准偏差为1.2%~3.7%,样品测定的回收率为97.4%~104%.方法简单、灵敏、快速且经济,为便携式钨丝电热原子吸收光谱仪应用于野外、现场植物或中药样品中重金属元素分析提供了可能.%Portable tungsten-coil electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometer was employed to determine copper, chromium, lead and cadmium in poria cocos after the sample was digested with microwave. Under the optimum conditions, the correlation coefficients for the determination of the four elements were between 0.998 4 and 0.999 7, and relative stand derivations were in the range of 1.2%-3.7%. The spiked recoveries of these elements in poria cocos samples ranged from 97.4% to 104%. The developed method is simple, sensitive, rapid and cost-effective. The research proved the possibility of applying portable tungsten-coil electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometer to determine heavy metals of plants or Chinese medicine herbs in field.
