长江口深水航道实施船舶航行计划管理的探讨

摘要

文中结合长江口深水航道船舶交通流的特点和潮汐规律，推出长江口深水航道进出口船舶航行计划模板，供申请人自主选择一个比较合理的进槽时间，使之进槽时间与靠泊时间相吻合，有效地防止局部出现通航密度过高的现象、以减少危险局面的发生，为进入深水航道的船舶提供良好的通航秩序。%In view of the characteristics of the ship traffic flow and tide laws in the deep-water channel of Yangtze Estuary, the paper produces the format of navigation plan for ships entering or leaving the channel. It allows the applicant to select a reasonable time to enter and makes the entry time match with the berth time, in order to effectively prevent the excessively high density of navigation in certain areas, avoid the occurrence of danger and provide a favorable navigation order for ships entering the deep-water channel.
