浓度对罗丹明B水溶液荧光强度影响研究

         

摘要

In this work,RhB aqueous solution with a wide concentration range (10 -1 ~10 -5 g/L)was prepared and its emission spectra were measured.The results showed that the fluorescence intensity increased with the increase of the concentration of the solution,and then decreased.In the low concentration range (10 -3 ~10 -5 g/L),fluorescence intensity has a good linear relationship with the concentration of RhB solution and the fitting formula;when the concentration is greater than 5 ×10 -3 g/L,the fluorescence intensity and the concentration of RhB is similar to e index.In the concentration increasing,fluorescence intensity decreases with the maximum fluorescence intensity the emission wavelength of the EM redshift (i.e.moving towards the longer wavelength). More importantly,the use of the fitting formula to measure the fluorescence intensity of the calculated solution concentration,preparation concentration values in good agreement will illustrate the feasibility and accuracy of inverse solution concentration measurement method,including the work for the realization of RhB solution solubility.The ccurate measurement has its important significance.%配制了较宽浓度范围(10-1~10-5 g/L)的罗丹明 B 水溶液,测量其发射光谱。结果表明:荧光强度随溶液浓度的升高先增大,后降低。在低浓度范围内(10-3~10-5 g/L),荧光强度与罗丹明B 溶液浓度有很好的线性关系,并且拟合出经验公式;当浓度大于5×10-3 g/L 时,荧光强度与罗丹明 B 溶液浓度近似成 e 指数关系,并且随着溶液浓度的增大,荧光强度减小,最大荧光强度的发射波长λem红移(即向波长增大的方向移动)。更重要的是,利用拟合的公式,通过荧光强度的测量推算出的溶液浓度与配制的浓度值符合很好,说明反测量溶液浓度方法的可行性与准确性,本工作对于实现罗丹明 B 溶液溶度快速、准确测量有重要意义。
