It is an object of the invention to provide an estimation method of fluorescent dye's concentration from multiple fluorescence, where the accurate estimation of the fluorescent dye's concentration of each fluorescent dye from multiple fluorescence is made possible and the separation of multiple fluorescence which is difficult in the prior art is made possible.
