电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定页岩微量元素

摘要

Trace elements of shade were dissolved by HCl-HF-HNO3 with digestion and they are measured by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES).We have selected the best lines in optimal conditions digestion,trace element analysis of shale with good accuracy and precision.This method applies to the determination of trace elements of shale,as is a sample preparation in fast,easy and safe operation with sample reproducible to meet simple,rapid,batch analysis.%在电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定页岩微量元素中,通过优选试验,选择盐酸—氢氟酸—硝酸消解体系进行页岩样品前处理,选择强度大、干扰小的分析谱线进行样品测试.结果表明:有较好的准确度及精密度.该方法适用于页岩微量元素的测定,具有制样速度快,操作简便安全,样品重现性好等特点,能满足页岩微量元素快速、批量分析的要求.
