保护性耕作的农户响应意愿实证研究

摘要

The purpose of this paper is to explore the factors affecting farmers' attitudes on arable land conservation measures,and discuss the policy implication.Methods employed include logistic regression analysis and AHP analysis.The results include 1) The effects of gender,age,educational levels,risk preference,crash crop,farm income rate,information channels,labor force on farm,arable land plots and perceptive of farmland property are significant,while others are insignificant.2) The following ranking of main characteristics of conservation measures is obtained,i.e.,risks observability costs compatibility time complexity trialability.The paper concludes that the subjective and objective conditions and environmental factors should be considered regarding promoting and improving farmers' attitudes toward conservation measures.%研究目的：对保护性耕作方式的农户响应意愿及其影响因素进行分析,探讨其政策含义。研究方法：logistic回归分析法、AHP分析法。研究结果：（1）性别、年龄、教育水平、风险偏好、经济作物、农业收入比例、信息渠道、农业劳力、地块数量、耕地权属感知对保护性耕作方式农户响应意愿的影响显著,其余因素的影响不显著;（2）保护性耕作方式自身特性对农户响应意愿的影响程度排序为：风险性〉可察觉性〉成本投入〉兼容性〉时间投入〉复杂性〉可试验性。研究结论：对保护性耕作方式的农户响应意愿进行促进和改善需要同时考虑主客体特征及环境因素影响。
