省级土地整理项目动态管理信息系统设计与应用

摘要

The purpose of this paper is to solve the problems via information technology in managing land consolidation projects at provincial government level. Methods used are systematic analysis and case study. The database structure, software structure, and the scheme of integration of store for spatio-temporal data are designed. The interface of data share among different departments, the model of dynamic management and the Alert Model are also implemented. The system has been successfully applied to the land consolidation projects management for Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and the design of system is proved to be practicable and effective.%研究目的：通过信息化手段解决省级国土主管部门的土地整理项目管理问题。研究方法：系统分析法，实例验证法。研究结果：设计了系统的数据库及软件功能结构，并设计了时空数据的一体化存储管理方案，实现了多部门多层级之间的数据共享接口、项目动态监管模型以及项目预警模型。研究结论：系统成功的应用于广西壮族自治区土地整理项目管理工作之中，该系统设计方案可行有效。
