研究目的：构建村级土地利用规划技术体系。研究方法：归纳综合法。研究结果：村级土地利用规划技术应关注土地调查与监测、土地评价、土地预测与模拟、土地利用规划等技术以及村级土地利用规划标准的研究。研究结论：一是加强新农村建设中的土地管理关键技术研究；二是开展多学科、多领域合作研究，推进形成集成创新成果；三是加强成果示范和推广，推动科技成果的应用与转化；四是以村级土地利用规划技术研究促进土地利用规划学科建设。%The purpose of this paper is to promote the development of the land use planning discipline. Method of deduction analysis was used. The results indicated that the technologies of land use planning at village level mainly focused on five aspects, including the technologies of land survey and monitoring, land evaluation, land use forecast and simulation, land use planning, and land use planning standards at village level. The paper concluded that it was important to 1 ） strengthen the research on the key technologies according to the land management requirements during the new countryside development; 2） develop multidisciplinary and multi-field research cooperation and promote integrated innovation achievements; 3） promote the application of scientific and technological achievements through demonstration and extension; 4） develop the land use planning discipline based on the research of land use planning technologies at village level.
