研究目的：分析农村大学生入学后土地承包经营权现状及存在问题，对农村大学生土地流转意愿的影响因素进行实证研究。研究方法：统计分析法，主成分分析法。研究结果：农村大学生入学后承包地现状有4种情况：（1）集体保留承包地；（2）承包地被集体收回；（3）承包地被政府征收；（4）入学前没有分到承包地。农村大学生土地流转意愿与经济发展水平、家庭收入、家庭农业人口数量、学历和户口迁移情况等因素相关。研究结论：明确农村大学生入学前已承包土地的相关权利，创造平台使之能够盘活土地资产获得相应收益，对于缓解其城市就业、住房带来的经济压力，快速融入城市社会等具有重要意义。% The purpose of the paper is to find out the current situation and problems of the land rights transfer regarding rural students entering the university, and to analyze the impact factors of land transfer using a survey data set from 319 rural university students. Research Methods include statistical analysis and principal components analysis. Research results show that the current situation on the land rights transfer after the students entering universities include four types, such as 1) continuing their land rights;2) returning to the collective economic organization;3) acquired by the government;4) no contractual rights before entering university. It is also found that the willingness to transfer of the rural students depends on the following factors, i.e., the economic level of local city, own household income, farming population of their own household, their targeted academic degree, and whether their population registration changes. The paper concludes that it is necessary to ensure the rural students enjoy the rights of the contracted land allocated before entering university because it is propitious to alleviate the pressure form unemployment and high housing price in urban life. It can also accelerate the pace of the rural students to be integrated into urban society.
