The coordination between urban construction land consumption and socio-economic development is an important prerequisite for land intensive use and urban sustainable development.This paper takes 277 cities in China as examples to study the coordination law between socio-economic development level and construction land consumption intensity.The research methods consist of principal component analysis (GPCA) and coordination model.The results show that 1)from 2006 to 2014 urban construction land consumption intensity significantly decreased,and the degree of coordination between socio-economic development level and land consumption intensity showed a general upward trend,presenting as the decrease in the numbers of serious imbalance cities and imbalance cities as well as the significant increase in the number of proper coordination cities;2)there are significant differences in the intensity of construction land consumption and the degree of coordination between socio-economic development level and land consumption intensity across cities with different stages of development,which showed a downward trend of first-tier cities,second-tier city,third-tier cities and other types of cities.It is concluded that as for the land use policy reform,the differentiated land use policy in cities with different stages of development should be implemented to promote the harmonious development between the consumption intensity of urban construction and socio-economic development based on the characteristics of urban development stages.%研究目的:城市建设用地消耗与城市经济社会水平协调发展是实现城市土地集约利用与城市可持续发展的重要前提.本文以全国277个地级城市为例,研究城市经济社会发展水平与城市建设用地消耗强度间的协调规律.研究方法:主成分分析法(GPCA)、协调度模型.研究结果:(1)2006-2014年城市建设用地消耗强度呈现显著下降趋势,并且建设用地消耗强度与经济社会发展水平间的协调度总体上呈现明显上升趋势,表现在严重失调、濒临失调型城市数量的显著减少和良好协调型城市数量的显著增加;(2)不同发展阶段的城市在建设用地消耗强度和经济社会发展水平与建设用地消耗间的协调水平方面均存在显著差异,表现为一线城市、二线城市、三线城市和其他类型城市依次下降的趋势.研究结论:在土地利用政策改革方面,应该在充分认识城市发展阶段特征的基础上,针对不同发展阶段的城市实施差别化的土地利用政策,以此促进城市建设用地消耗强度与经济社会发展水平间的协调发展.
