目的:探讨铍针治疗膝骨关节炎疼痛的作用机制,并进行分析.方法:按随机数字表法入组的85例(85膝)膝骨关节炎患者(如为双膝骨关节炎患者只选其中较严重的一侧入组),其中试验组35例,男6例,女29例,脱落1例,平均年龄( 56.65±4.89)岁；对照组50例,男6例,女44例,平均年龄(57.54±4.91)岁.分别采用铍针治疗和关节腔注射玻璃酸钠治疗.用疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)及膝关节周围最明显压痛点的压痛仪测量数据作为评定指标.结果:试验组各项评分与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01)；对照组各项评分与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01).两组治疗后在VAS评分及压痛仪测量方面差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.01).患者主观感受的VAS评分和压痛仪客观测试数据之间具有相关性,可用线性回归方程表示两者间的相关关系.结论:铍针通过减轻关节局部痛点的软组织张力,解除神经压迫和刺激,从而有效缓解膝骨关节炎患者的疼痛症状,是治疗膝骨关节炎疼痛的有效方法.%To evaluate and analyze mechanism of Pizhen for the treatment of pain in patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods: Eighty-five patients (85 knees) were divided into Iwo groups according to random number table method. Among 35 patients in die experimental group,6 patients were male and 29 patients were female, 1 patient lost follow-up,the average age was (56.65?.89)years,and the patients were treated with Pizhen. Among 50 patients in the control group,there were 6 males and 44 females,the average age was (57.54?.91) years,and the patients were treated with intra-articular injection with sodium hyaluronate. The VAS score and the data of algometer from the most obvious tenderness around the knee were used to evaluate the clinical effects. Results: There were significant differences of scores in the experimental group before and after treatment (P<0.01). There were significant differences of scores in the control group before and after treatment (P<0.01). After treatment, there were no statistical differences of VAS score and the dala of algometer between experimental and control groups ( P>0.01). There was negative correlation between VAS score and the data of algometer. Conclusion: The Pizhen is an effective method to treat pain in patients with knee osteoarthritis by relaxing tendon of soft tissue around pain point of knee joint. and relaxing compress and stimulation of nerves.
