银杏叶茶对高胆固醇饮食小鼠血脂的影响

             

摘要

目的:了解银杏叶茶对脂质水平异常的动物个体血脂及脂蛋白代谢的影响。方法:将高胆固醇饮食小鼠分为二组,一组饮用银杏叶荼,另一组常规饮水。经14周喂养后,将全部动物处死,并立即内刺取血约1.5ml,取上清液测定血脂及脂蛋白各项指标。结果:高脂膳食+银杏叶荼组TG、TC水平显著低于高脂膳食组(P<0.01),HDL-C/TC显著高于高脂膳食组(P<0.01)。结论:以上结果表明长期饮用银杏叶茶能显著改善高胆固醇饮食小鼠血脂及脂蛋白代谢状况。%In this study, we use the mice fed with hyper-cholesterol diet as our experimental objects to observe the effects of drinking ginkgo lesf tea on the plasma lipid and lipoprotein of mice on the abnormal lipid. the result shows that after 14 weeks of drinking ginkgo leaf tea,the plasma TC,TG level of the mice on hyper- lipid diet with drinking ginkgo leaf tea are all lower than the group of hyper- lipid diet (P < 0.01 ), HDL- C/TC is higher than the group of hyper- cholesterol (P <0.01 ). It proves long term drinking ginkgo leaf tea can significantly improve the situation of plasma lipid and lipoprotein metabolism of mice on hyper- cholesterol diet.
