Objective: To study the feasibility of Chinese ePTFE vascular prosthesis. Methods: Dogs' femoral arteries were interpositioned with Chinese ePTFE vascular prosthesis in comparision with foreign Dacron vascular prosthesis. After operation we studied the patency of Chinese ePTFE vascular prosthesis by physica/examination,color Doppler. Then we observed intima and adventitia of ePTFE vascular prosthesis by naked eye, mirror lens,scanning electron microscope; and observed endothelial cells growth of vascular prosthesis by immunohistochemistry.Results: The patency of ePTFE and Dacron vascular prosthesis was 83%, 100% respectively. The flow-rate of ePTFE vascular prosthesis was (0.464±0.041) m/s, and the pressure of blood vessel was (0.83±0.12) mmHg. The flow-rate of Dacron vascular prosthesis was (0.461 ±0.044) m/s, and the pressure of blood vessel was (0.78±0.12)mmHg. Both of them were not significantly different (P >0.05). A new intima and adventitia of ePTFE vascular prosthesis and Dacron vascular prosthesis were completely formed when observed by naked eye, mirror lens, scanning electron microscope. Endothelial cells existed on the surface of intima of ePTFE vascular prosthesis and Dacron vascular prosthesis by immunohistochemistry and Ⅷ gene dyeing was weak and positive. Conclusions: Chinese ePTFE vascular prosthesis is a relatively good vascular prosthesis and worth being recommended widely for clinical application.%目的研究国产的ePTEE人工血管动物应用可行性.方法以国产ePTEE人工血管移植于狗的股动脉并与进口Dacron人工血管对照,术后通过体检、彩色多普勒、大标标本、光镜、扫描电镜、免疫组化观察ePTEE人工血管通畅程度、内膜与外膜、内皮细胞生长状况.结果体检ePTEE、Dacron人工血管通畅率分别为83%、100%;彩色多普勒示ePTEE人工血管血流速度(0.464±0.041)m/s、管壁压力为(0.83±0.12)mmHg,Dacron人工血管血流速度为(0.461±0.044)m/s、管壁压力为(0.78±0.12)mmHg,两者无显著性差异(P>0.05);大体标本、光镜、扫描电镜、免疫组化示ePTEE人工血管移植90天后可形成完整的新生内膜和外膜,内膜表面为内皮细胞,Ⅷ因子染色弱阳性.结论国产ePTEE人工血管是一种理想的血管替代用品,值得临床推广应用.
