目的：观察强脉冲光联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效。方法48例激素依赖性皮炎患者，随机分为两组。治疗组：25例，强脉冲光治疗，1次/4周，共4次，重组人表皮生长因子凝胶，2次/d，共4周；对照组：23例，仅给予强脉冲光治疗，1次/4周，共4次。两组于治疗结束后1和3个月进行疗效评价。结果治疗组治疗结束后1和3个月有效率分别为72.000%和80.000％，与对照组相比，差异均有统计学意义（<0.05）；治疗组与对照组严重程度评分均比治疗前下降，两组间评分的比较，差异具有统计学意义（<0.05）。结论强脉冲光联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的疗效优于单纯强脉冲光治疗，安全性高。%Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of intense pulsed light combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor (rhEGF) gel in the treatment of corticosteroid-dependent dermatitis. Methods Forty-eight cases were randomly divided into two groups. In the treatment group, 25 cases accepted intense pulsed light 4 times at 4-week intervals, and rhEGF twice a day for 4 weeks. In the control group, 23 cases only received intense pulse light therapy for 4 times. The efficacy was evaluated 1 month and 3 months after the end of the treatment. Results Efficacy of 1 month and 3 months in the treatment group was 72.000% and 80.000%, which was significantly different from that in the control group ( < 0.05). The severity scores after treatment in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the score difference between the two groups had statistical significance ( <0.05). Conclusions Intense pulse light combined with rhEGF may be a safe and effective option for treating facial corticosteroid-dependent dermatitis.
