细胞周期相关蛋白在皮肤基底细胞癌中的表达及意义

     

摘要

Objective: To measure the expression of cyclinDl, cyelin- dependent kinase4(CDK4)and pl6 protein in basal cell carcinoma (BCC), and to explore its significance. Methods: The expression of cyclinDl, CDK4 and p16 was detected with the PV - 9000 immunohistochemical method in the samples from 30 BCC patients and 30 healthy controls. Results: Compared with normal epithelium, the expression of cyclinDl and CDK4 in BCC was significantly higher( P < 0.05)than that in healthy controls, with the expression rates of 83.3% and 80.0% , respectively . The expression rate of pl6 was 53.3 % in BCC which was lower than normal controls ( P < 0.05 ) . There was a positive correlation between the expression of CDK4 and cyclinD 1 in BCC (r = 0.83395, P < 0.05). The correlation between pl6 and CDK4 was negative in BCC ( r = - 0.84458, P < 0.05). Conclusion: CyclinDl, CDK4 and pi6 may play a significant synergic role in the pathogenesis of BCC.%目的:确定细胞周期素D1( CyclinDl)、细胞周期素依赖性激酶4(CDK4)和p16蛋白3种细胞周期相关蛋白在皮肤基底细胞癌( BCC)中的表达及其意义.方法:采用PV-9000免疫组化法,检测30例基底细胞癌(BCC)皮损及30例正常皮肤中CyclinD1、CDK4、p16 3种蛋白的表达.结果:CyclinD1和CDK4在BCC组织中阳性表达率分别为83.3%和80.0%,p16在BCC组织中阳性表达率为53.3%,与正常皮肤相比,结果均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).CyclinD1与CDK4表达呈正相关(r=0.83395,P<0.05),CDK4与p16表达呈负相关(r=- 0.84458,P<0.05).结论:CyclinD1、CDK4和p16 3种细胞周期相关蛋白协同作用,可能与BCC发病密切相关.
